Hi there and welcome to our forum! My name is Adam and I've worked hard on setting up this website to share my knowledge and help provide useful resources on a variety of mental health conditions. One of the underlying messages here at Dare to talk is that it is so important to be brave and talk about our problems in order to get the help we need.
